Please note that all orders placed on www.monies.com will ship directly from Denmark. Orders are shipped with UPS, FedEx, DHL, PostNord and GLS.
For all Non-EU orders local customs, taxes and fees may apply, which are not included in the total price.
Upon receipt local custom duties, taxes and fees may apply, which are not included in the price or shipping expenses. You may contact your local customs office for information regarding shipping from the EU to your country.
UPS, FedEx and DHL will act as a broker in collecting any customs due and may require additional information including personal tax ID.

Return / Refund
All items purchased on www.monies.dk have a 14 days full refund policy from the date of delivery. Contact us directly at info@monies.com if you wish to refund your purchase.
Remember to attach your reciept of purchase (packing slip) or note your order no. when contacting us about a refund.
Monies does not cover return shipping costs for refunds.
Guide to refund/return shipping:
1. Kindly fill out the packing slip from the order and include with the return item(s).
2. Please pack the jewelery very carefully/tight in paper / bubble wrap.
3. When we receive the item(s) we will make the refund using same payment method when purchased. Allow 2-4 business days for return transfer.

Warranty
All items purchased on www.monies.dk have a 2-year warranty from the date of receipt.
Within this time frame any reparation or replacement of defects or damages due to the production of the product will be covered by Monies
After the 2-year period all repairs and maintenance will no longer be covered by the warranty and there will be a cost for our services.
Please note that if an item is purchased with one of our stockist you must contact the stockist directly to process a claim.
Maintenance & Repairs
All items purchased from Monies come with a two year warranty from the date of purchase.
All maintenance and repairs are performed by our skilled workshop in Copenhagen.
After the two year warranty we still offer to repair Monies pieces, however, there will be a fee to be covered by the customer.
