Payments
All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Monies accepts payments through most major credit cards and payment providers:
MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, JCB, AMEX, American Express, Bancontact, iDEAL, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us and we will issue a refund or cancel your invoice. Please note, we’re unable to cancel an order once it has left our studio.
Shipping
Monies offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders. All orders ship from Denmark with trusted carriers UPS, FedEx, and GLS.
Delivery options:
- Free Standard Shipping (home delivery/parcel shop): 2–6 business days in transit.
- Express Shipping: €20, delivered within 1-2 business days.
Parcel‑shop delivery is currently not offered outside the EU. Deliveries are not made at weekends.
Non‑EU orders & customs (DAP):
- For deliveries outside the EU, local duties, taxes, and brokerage/clearance fees may apply. These charges are not included at checkout and are payable by the recipient to the courier on delivery or online.
- Couriers (UPS/FedEx) may act as customs brokers and request additional info, such as a personal tax ID.
Country notes for Brazil and China:
- Please provide your personal ID/number at checkout to avoid customs delays.
Delivery management and signature:
- Home delivery with signature is required for UPS and FedEx shipments. If you need to change delivery time, for parcel shop or alternative address, you can manage your shipment via UPS My Choice or FedEx Delivery Manager.
Please note:
- We ship only on weekdays only from our studio in Copenhagen, Denmark.
- We dispatch orders within 48 hours (business days) from order confirmation.
- We cannot cancel an order once it has left our studio.
- Paid express shipping costs are non‑refundable for returns.
Returns
Here’s how to proceed with a refund for your Monies order:
Every return must be registered with Monies before you ship anything back. We handle all returns and will email you a label on request:
- Return window: 30 days from the day you receive your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused, with the original Monies hangtag attached and all packaging and box included. Worn items will not be accepted.
- Monies do not accept self‑handled returns unless agreed on prior shipping.
- Return fee (deducted from your refund): €15 (EU) · €20 (Non‑EU). Your label and, for non‑EU, the required customs documents will be emailed to you.
- How to start: Email info@monies.com with your order number to request a return label. We will confirm and send instructions.
- Packaging: Use the original jewellery box and shipping materials. Ensure the parcel is securely sealed and protected.
- Refunds: Processed to your original payment method 2–5 business days after your return is received and approved. The original shipping fee is not refunded.
- Duties & taxes (non‑EU / DAP): Import charges paid to the courier (e.g., UPS/FedEx) are not refunded by Monies. You may be able to reclaim locally after your return is completed.
- Purchased elsewhere: We can’t accept returns or claims for Monies pieces bought from retailers or second‑hand platforms. Please directly contact the retailer or seller.
- Return processing may take longer during busy periods.
- Not returnable: Bespoke and made‑to‑order pieces
