Payments
Payment can be made with major credit cards and digital wallets;
MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, JCB, AMEX, American Express, Bancontact, iDEAL, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch or reservation of your order by Monies.
You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Monies, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.
Shipping and delivery
Monies provide complimentary standard shipping on all orders worldwide. All shipments are dispatched directly from Denmark using reliable carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and GLS.
Delivery Options:
- Free Standard Shipping: Typically takes 2-5 weekdays in transit.
- Paid Express Shipping: Available for a fee of €20, with delivery in 1-2 weekdays.
Please note that deliveries are not made on weekends.
NON-EU orders and customs
For international orders outside the EU, please be aware that local customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. These additional costs are not included in the total price at checkout. We recommend consulting your local customs office for more information on shipping from the EU to your country.
Our carriers, including UPS and FedEx, may act as brokers for customs clearance and might require additional information, such as your personal tax ID.
Brazil and China
For orders to China and Brazil please add your personal ID for customs at checkout.

Return and refund
Here’s how to proceed with a refund for your Monies order:
- Notify Us: Email us at info@monies.com before returning any items, and confirm whether you choose Return Option 1 or 2.
- Condition of Items: Ensure all items are in unused condition with the original Monies hangtag attached.
- Return Deadline: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Packaging: Ship the items in the original packaging and jewellery box.
- Return Costs: Monies does not cover return costs. See the return options and fees below.
Return Options:

Option 1: Monies-Handled Return
- A fee of 25 EUR (Non-EU) or 20 EUR (EU) will be deducted from your refund.
- We will email you a UPS return label (including customs documents for non-EU returns). Print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest UPS location.

Option 2: Self-Handled Return
- Use your preferred courier and cover the shipping costs directly. Please follow the guide below.

Print the Return Label
Download and print the shipping label. -
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the item(s) in the original Monies jewellery box with. Ensure everything is properly sealed and protected. -
Attach the Label
Affix the printed return label to the outside of your package. Ensure it's clearly visible. -
Drop Off at UPS
Bring your package to your nearest UPS location. You can find the closest drop-off point on the UPS website. -
Only NON-EU returns. Print Proforma Invoices
For non-EU returns, please remember to print 3 copies of the proforma invoice, which is attached in this e-mail. These must be handed over to UPS when you drop off your package.
Return guide for Option 2: Self-Handle Return:
- Packaging: Pack the jewellery carefully in the original box/packaging.

- Tracking: Provide a tracking number if available. Without it, we cannot process a refund if the package is lost.
For non-EU returns (proforma invoice):
- Include a proforma invoice stating:
- Reason for export: Returned goods
- Original outbound tracking number
- Description of goods: (e.g., Necklace, Acacia wood and gold-foil)
- Value: (e.g., 150 EUR)
- Origin: Denmark
Once we receive the item(s), we’ll process your refund within 2-3 business days to your original payment method.
Remember, items purchased on www.monies.com are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@monies.com.
Non-EU orders
For all Non-EU orders local customs, taxes and fees may apply, which are not included in the total price.
Upon receipt local custom duties, taxes and fees may apply, which are not included in the price or shipping expenses. You may contact your local customs office for information regarding shipping from the EU to your country.
UPS, FedEx and DHL will act as a broker in collecting any customs due and may require additional information including personal tax ID.

Brazil
To pass customs/duty in Brazil, you must add your CPF/CNPJ to the order notes at check out.
